The idea: move 1, 2, and 12 backward 
Move 8 forward Move 4 and 5 backward 
Move 6, 7, and 11 backward all the way to the top 
Move 9 and 10 forward completely to the right 
Move 8 forward all the way to the bottom 
Move the blue one forward until the middle 
And then fiddle with things to bring 6 and 7 back down so you can get the blue one out
