Ask
students to pick any block of 4
numbers off of the calendar . Example - 1, 2, 8, and 9. Any month will
work.
Now
ask students to add the four
numbers together.
When
they present their total, tell
them what is the first date of their sequence.
How
this is done: Subtract 16 from
their total and divide by 4.
