Formation : Squads are behind a given line.

Method :
All teams lie down.
The first person stands, runs and jumps over each player on the team.
He/she then lies down at the end of the team.

When the runner jumps over the team members, they roll over toward the front of the line and the next one starts the same procedure.

Variations :
Players form a spoke with hands in toward the middle.
On signal, one designated player starts to run and jump over each team member and back to touch the next one and then takes his/her place.

Instead of waiting for the relay to end. have the players wait while bouncing a ball or skipping rope.
