Circle - Post Relay

Equipment : One bean bag for each team Formation : The teams are standing in file behind a starting line. One bean bag is directly opposite each team at the opposite end of the room. Method : On your signal, the first player runs to the  "post", (bean bag) completely circles it once without touching it and returns to touch the hand of the second player of his/her team who continues the activity.
