Task :
Receive and hit the target
Method :
Create a restricted area
Put 10 to 12 cones inside this resticted area
Ask students to stand behind
the restricted area.
Instructor
will be standing 10m to 15m away from the students.
Two
target
boxes will be kept out side the restricted area.
The
instructor will call out the
students one by one.
When
student is
called, he/she should come inside the restricted area, receive the ball
without disturbing the cones and hit any one of the target box.
Points
will be distributed as thestudents perform.
Receiving
the ball – 5 points
Hitting
the
target – 5 points
Protecting
the cones – 5 points
