Rescue Relay

Equipment : Two ropes on the floor dividing the area into two sections. Formation : Teams line up in file on one side of the line. The leader stands on the other side of the line. Method : On signal, the leader runs over and rescues the first one on his/her team. The first one runs back and rescues the second, the second rescues he third...etc When finished, all players wait in the stork stand position (on one leg). Go team go!
