Formation :
Players stand side by side on a line called the North pole.
Method
:
Create flashcards with reindeer names : Dasher, Dander, Donner,
Blitzen, Comet, Cupid, Prancer, Vixen, Rudolph.
Teach the names to the students.
The children select the name of a reindeer for themselves.
One person is Santa.
He/she stands in the middle of the play area facing the reindeer.
Santa calls the name of a reindeer (example -"Dasher").
All reindeer by that name gallop to the other end of the play area .
Santa tries to tag them.
All players tagged stay in the middle to help Santa.
Ho! Ho! Ho!
