Name

stand at one end of the play area
Place
the
hoops with a ball inside the hoops which are five metres away from the
files.
Call out
a number : example - 3
All
number 3s run to hoop, pick up the ball then throw and catch
the ball one time with each player in his/her group.
Success
means points!
Failure
means more practice!
